About KPS Kendriya Vidyalaya
Founded on 12 February 2016 in the memory of Lt. Kamala Prasad Singh, and today one of the leading schools of the Saran commissionary.
A complete day boarding school, running up to Class 10
KPS Kendriya Vidyalaya stands at Kamala Nagar, Barhani in the district of Siwan, Bihar. The school came into existence on 12 February 2016, founded in the memory of Lt. Kamala Prasad Singh — H.M. cum D.D.O., M/S Boys Husainganj.
Over the years that followed, the school progressed a great deal and brought about real change in the standard of the teaching–learning process here. It has gone from strength to strength, creating opportunities for the all-round growth of students through an interactive curriculum.
Quality education has been the school’s central concern from the beginning. Learners are given enough opportunity for holistic growth, so that they can face life with confidence and emerge as useful citizens of society and of the nation.
Our Mission
To discover the true potential of your child, and to educate all students to the highest levels of academic achievement — enabling them to reach and expand their potential, and preparing them to become productive, responsible, ethical, creative and compassionate members of society.
Our Vision
To empower students to acquire, demonstrate, articulate and value the knowledge and skills that will support them as lifelong learners — so they can contribute to the global world, while practising the core values of the school: respect, tolerance and inclusion, and excellence.
